BBC Newsnight: Reaction as court rules Rwanda deportation plan unlawful

By a majority of two to one, the Court of Appeal ruled that the government’s Rwanda policy is unlawful on 29 June 2023, ruling that it could risk breaching the European Convention on Human Rights. The decision fuelled calls for the UK to withdraw from the ECHR.
